Processing Time

All orders will ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday).  

Incorrect Address/Returned Mail

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. Apex Kids is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipping of packages returned to Apex Kids can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense. Packages marked as delivered, but "not received," are the customer’s responsibility to locate. Apex Kids is not able to issue refunds on lost packages.

 Lost or Non-Delivered Packages

  • Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are the customer's responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands it is the property of USPS and we have very limited information available to us. Please contact your local post office to escalate an investigation on your behalf but, we are not able to track down lost packages on our end.
